Gus Nainu
Gus is the founder and Managing Director of SL3 Consulting. With over 30 years of consultancy experience across the UK and Australia, he has successfully delivered major projects while building and leading high-performing teams.
As Managing Director, Gus is responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of the business, ensuring excellence in project delivery, resourcing, and client service. He also drives staff recruitment, development, and organisational improvement, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability that defines SL3 Consulting’s approach.

Francis Huang
Francis is an Associate Director at SL3 Consulting with over 18 years of experience in the building services industry. He has led a broad range of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors, providing expert technical and project leadership from design through to delivery.
Francis is responsible for overseeing project performance and mentoring technical teams to achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes. Known for his collaborative approach and ability to deliver under pressure, he ensures projects are executed efficiently while maintaining SL3’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction

Ashwin Muralidharan
Ashwin is an Associate Director at SL3 Consulting and a professionally registered engineer with over 15 years of experience in the building services industry. He specialises in the design of hydraulic and fire protection systems across a diverse range of sectors, delivering solutions that balance compliance, cost efficiency, and innovation.
His expertise extends to master planning, feasibility studies, site audits, and asset condition assessments. Ashwin is known for his technical rigour, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and industry standards.
