Our Managing Director Gus Nainu, along with key members of our team were engaged as the Stage 2 and 3 Design Brief Writer and Technical Advisor for this transformative $480-$500 million investment by the NSW Government to reinvigorate one of Australia’s most revered and loved museums, Powerhouse Ultimo.
The proposed renewal would deliver expanded and refurbished exhibition and public space with a focus on design and fashion, presenting exhibitions that showcase the museum’s significant collections, international exclusive exhibitions and programs that support the design and fashion industries.
Our Managing Director was previously engaged by Create NSW as the Brief Writer for their $600M Powerhouse Parramatta Precinct development.
Penrith Stadium Redevelopment

Our Managing Director Gus Nainu was engaged by the NSW Government as their Technical Brief Writer for the new $309 million redevelopment of Penrith Stadium to create a superior 25,000-seat venue, supporting the growing population of Western Sydney with a modern space for sports events, live music, and entertainment. Gus worked closely with the project design team and advisors to develop the technical brief for their tender process.
