Our team are engaged as the Building Services Consultants and recently prepared the concept design/SSDA for Stage 1 to 3 for this new $800M master-planned precinct in Merrylands. Our engagement has been extended to deliver detailed design documentation for Stage 2 comprising 20-storey mixed use tower. The development in total will deliver over 800 apartments across several buildings varying from 4 to 20 storey high, commercial, and retail tenant spaces.

Donnison Street

Gosford NSW

Client: Bathla Group

Known as 'Gosford Alive', our team whilst at WalkerBai were engaged as the Building Services Consultants for this State Significant mixed-use development which involves the transformation of a 1.4-hectare site to provide approx. 650 dwellings, an activated public realm at the ground level that extends from Kibble Park through the site and around 5000 sqm of retail and commercial uses.

We were initially engaged during the Design Competition phase to prepare the technical briefs and services spatial, technically appraise the shortlisted design entries and present to the design jury.

Our engagement was then extended to work with the winning design team comprising Plus Architecture, Architecture AND and CHROFI to develop detailed concept designs for the proposed four (4) 25-storey residential towers situated above a 2 level commercial and retail podium level for SSDA.

The Edmondson Collection

Forming part of Aland's 'The Edmondson Collection', this Stage 2 development is located close to Edmondson Square Town Centre and comprises 90 apartments across three buildings and generous communal gardens.

Our team were engaged as the Building Services Consultants, developing their concept design into detailed design documentation for planning approval.

Located in Sydney's Inner West, the recently completed and award winning $50M Henley residences design by DKO Architecture comprises 70 premium townhouses, combining convenience and comfort with luxurious finishes and private courtyards.

Our team were engaged as the Building Services Consultants, developing their concept design into detailed design documentation for planning approval.

Our team whilst at WalkerBai were engaged through the endorsement of the Sydney based architect to develop the mechanical, electrical, fire protection and hydraulic services design for this new $20M twenty storey residential tower consisting of 55 apartments and five levels of basement car parking and service plant rooms.

This new proposed high rise development consists of 150 apartments across 21 storeys and 4 levels of basement car parking. The luxury development will also include roof top recreational level with infinity pool, gymnasium, yoga studio, steam room, sauna, and cinema room.

The Bellevue

Greenwich NSW

Client: Decode Group

Currently nearly completion this $35M development includes the adaptive reuse of an existing building to deliver a mixed-use building with 36 premium residential apartments. With communal spaces on Ground Floor including 2 outdoor terraces, a yoga room and GP/Health room, the project has been specifically designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of a senior community.

Our team was initially engaged as Building Services Consultants from concept design to detailed design and now assisting the builder with practical completion.
