Al Faisal College

Austral NSW

Client: PMDL Architecture

Our team worked closely with Al-Faisal College and PMDL Architecture to successfully complete tender design and construction documentation for both Stages 3 and 4 at the Austral campus. Stage 3 comprised a new contemporary 2-storey building tailored for Kindergarten and Year 1 students. This innovative space boats 14 General Learning Areas (GLAs), alongside dedicated administration and staff facilities.

Stage 4 comprised new purpose-built 2-storey building to accommodate Year 3 and 4 students. Building off the existing school building, this expansion included seamless modifications to the existing structure, ensuring a cohesive and dynamic environment. Our scope included assisting the College with their masterplan and future expansion of the campus to accommodate over 6,000 students and educators.

St Agnes Catholic High School

Our team collaborated with Colliers, NBRS Architects and catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese for their much anticipated major upgrade of St Agnes Catholic High School. The project was vital component of the school’s masterplan, aimed at accommodating a growing student population and fostering a modern, inspiring learning environment. Key project elements included refurbishment and extension of the heritage Administration Building, major refurbishments to several existing buildings to create modern teaching spaces including classrooms, library, staff areas. new dynamic learning spaces and collaborative hubs. The upgrade works also included a new underground car park with above new playgrounds.
